Booking and Reservation

To book an event at The Stadium Event Center (TSEC), please fill out our online booking request form. Our team will connect with you to discuss your event’s details and develop a quote. To secure your reservation, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. Any additional charges due to damages or incidentals will be addressed separately.

Payment Terms

The Stadium Event Center accepts payments via cash, credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay. All payments must be made in advance. Please note that credit card purchases may be subject to an additional processing fee.

Liability and Insurance

The Stadium Event Center is insured. Depending on the nature of your event, you may be required to obtain additional event insurance. The Stadium Event Center shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless due to the negligence or willful misconduct of The Stadium Event Center. Clients are responsible for any damage to the property or equipment caused by them or their guests during the event.

Alcohol and Food Policies

The Stadium Event Center holds a liquor license. Clients may be allowed to provide their own alcohol subject to obtaining the required permits. While The Stadium Event Center offers in-house catering, clients are welcome to bring in outside catering.

Equipment and Amenities Usage

Equipment owned by The Stadium Event Center is for exclusive use by The Stadium Event Center team members. Clients are required to handle all equipment and amenities with care. Any damage to equipment or amenities caused by the client or their guests may result in additional charges.

Code of Conduct

All guests and clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property and staff of The Stadium Event Center. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The Stadium Event Center reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Privacy Policy

The Stadium Event Center respects the privacy of its clients. Personal information collected through the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing services. The Stadium Event Center does not share this information with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on The Stadium Event Center’s website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of The Stadium Event Center and is protected by copyright laws. The use of any The Stadium Event Center intellectual property without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by The Stadium Event Center shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved through the courts of North Carolina.

Force Majeure

The Stadium Event Center shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of such circumstances, The Stadium Event Center will work with the client to reschedule or refund as deemed appropriate.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Stadium Event Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
